Art, whatever it takes – The “wall of fame” at the BSR

The “wall of fame” at the British School at Rome

The “wall of fame”’ is a new collection of artworks from BSR artist-scholars recently acquired, hanging in the dining room of the British Academy. 

 

In addition to the works of former award holders, new works are now hanging on the artists’ wall.

The artists, in alphabetical order, are:

Anthony Eyton  (London),
Stephen Farthing  (Tunisia),
Graham Nickson  (New York),
Cornelia Parker  (London),
Carole Robb  (Venice),
Andrew Stahl  (London).

The most recent entries are:  Stephen Farthing, Graham Nickson, Cornelia Parker.

The “wall of fame” is an academic way of celebrating the tradition of creativity at the British School at Rome.
